CHICAGO — Krispy Kreme said it’s not a joke — they’re bringing back pumpkin spice doughnuts for two days in April.
The company had been teasing on social media that some form of fall was coming back. On Thursday, Krispy Kreme announced it was bringing back its Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed Doughnuts for two days only — April 1 and April 2.

While the company claims this is a real promotion, pumpkin spice lovers were quick to call out the brand online claiming it’s just a part of an April Fool’s Day trick. However, the company put out an official press release saying it’s not a joke.
The doughnuts will (allegedly) be available this weekend at participating shops across the U.S. in-shop and for pickup or delivery via the company’s app and website while supplies last.
