CHICAGO — Johanna Parker Designs released a preview of their 2023 Halloween collection on Friday.
The Carnival Cottage collection will be in select stores this fall season and contains many of the company’s classic characters.
The company is known for their vintage, cute and classic Halloween designs. Johanna herself was born on Halloween so her characters have become a spooky staple in many homes.

Some of her characters are making a return — like Billy Big Top and Black Cat Jack — but a new character is joining in this year called Ginger Ella, a little witch with bright red hair.
